Old Cut Paste Pendant in 9ct Gold
This was originally an Edwardian bar brooch, which I’ve converted to this sweet and super wearable pendant. I’ve used part of the old bar to make the bale, so the rose gold is matches the original ‘stem’ holding the bright paste stone. The old cut paste gemstone is set in its original silver bezel and is really nicely cut!
There is some pitting and a deeper scratch to the gold bale, and some light scratching and surface wear to the gold and silver. There is some wear to the paste gemstone, but this isn’t obvious when worn. Ready to wear!
9ct rose gold and silver (unmarked but tested)
Measures approx 23mm long and 6.5mm across the paste gemstone. Weighs approx 1.2g.
